Botswana Day

On September 30th, 1966, Botswana achieved independence, setting out on a path of stability and growth.  Known as “Boipuso,” the day represents dignity, progress, and national pride.  Botswana’s story is one of resilience and democratic strength.

From the Okavango Delta to the Kalahari Desert, Botswana’s landscapes are symbols of endurance.  Independence Day reflects both heritage and progress.  Today celebrates the unity and integrity of a people committed to building a future of promise.
