Andorra National Day

On September 8th, Andorra celebrates its National Day by honoring Our Lady of Meritxell, the principality’s patron saint.  This day intertwines faith, heritage, and identity for one of Europe’s smallest yet most unique nations.  For Andorra, independence has long meant endurance and self-determination.

The heart of Andorra lies in its mountain valleys and traditions that have carried through centuries.  National Day is a reflection of devotion, unity, and resilience.  It celebrates the ways in which faith and culture anchor a nation while guiding its steps into the future.
